Patrick Schneidau

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Schneidau leads go-to-market strategy and operations – sales, marketing, customer success, partnership and product – at DTN. With a focus on clear go-to-market strategy, operational excellence and strong talent development, Patrick steers the revenue engine driving growth at DTN.

Patrick previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Liongard, the fastest-growing company in Houston. He was the previously the CEO of Truss and Chief Marketing Officer at PROS where he led the organization through a complex transition from on-premise to cloud provider and was a leader during the company’s IPO on the NYSE.

He holds both a BS in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Doug Bennett

Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer, Doug Bennett leads a team dedicated to shaping the company’s future business priorities and driving accelerated revenue growth for DTN. He and his team drive the prioritization, planning and execution of enterprise investments and large-scale transformations across the business sectors and manages all inorganic corporate development activities for DTN.

He has extensive experience commercializing data and analytics through digital and advisory solutions. Prior to DTN, he spent 25 years delivering insights, SaaS, and business intelligence solutions to the consumer package goods industry. Doug has held executive leadership positions within Acosta Sales and Marketing and Nielsen after beginning his career with Accenture.

Doug is a frequent industry speaker and published author. He remains active with his alma mater, mentoring early career business graduates and enjoys coaching youth athletics.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Miami University and his master’s degree in business from Kellogg School of Management – Northwestern University.

Rohit Chakravarthy

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Rohit Chakravarthy is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of DTN.

Rohit’s expertise includes over 25 years of extensive financial, management, and accounting experience at public and private companies. Prior to DTN, he served as VP Finance at Credo Semiconductor Inc., SVP Finance at Amobee, and in various senior financial leadership roles at other organizations.

He began his career at public accounting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Anderson, and Ernst & Young. Rohit is a certified public accountant and a chartered accountant from India. He earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras.

Sean Duclaux

Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, Sean Duclaux is a trusted advisor to the executive team, aligning cross-functional teams, streamlining decision-making processes, and enhancing organizational efficiency.

With more than two decades of experience in the technology sector, Sean brings expertise in corporate strategy, operational leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this role, Sean was head of commercial operations at DTN where he oversaw the entire revenue cycle by driving operational efficiency across cross-functional teams.

He has served in multiple senior leadership positions within technology companies with a focus on SaaS, AI- and data-driven solutions. Before coming to DTN, Sean served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategic Initiatives at Liongard, the leading Attack Surface Management platform designed for MSPs and IT Service Providers.

Sean earned his master's in computer science from the University of New Orleans and an MBA from the University of Houston.

For more than a decade he has volunteered with the Raphael Academy and the Special Olympics in Louisiana.

Lars Ewe

Chief Product & Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Lars Ewe sets the strategic direction for the innovation, data science and technology behind the DTN insight delivery to customers and partners worldwide.

He has more than 25 years of enterprise solutions experience working in organizations that have explored the cutting edge of data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and analytics. Prior to DTN, he was Chief Product Officer and SVP of Engineering for Anaconda.

Lars is a strong proponent of agile development to build scalable systems with the flexibility and insights required to help transform large-scale and highly complex businesses. In leading the DTN engineering, product and operation teams working across the globe, he fosters a culture of teamwork and initiative to create high-performing teams.

He is a frequent industry speaker on topics including cyber security, cloud computing and data science.

Lars earned his mechanical engineering degree from Technical University in Munich, Germany.

Marc Norton

Chief Information Security Officer

Marc Norton is a risk-driven Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a deep background in cybersecurity and engineering. He brings a deep understanding of how to mitigate risks by implementing the necessary security technologies and processes. Prior to joining DTN, Marc served in a variety of cybersecurity and engineering roles at technology companies. These roles included chief security architect, CISO, vice president of products and services and director of platform engineering.

At DTN, Marc is responsible for overseeing the company’s information and data security to ensure that information assets are adequately protected. He brings more than 40 years of experience, has a B.S. in Physics and completed graduate studies in Aerospace Engineering, and holds numerous patents in intrusion detection.

Dan Donovan

VP, Customer Experience

Dan Donovan leads the global team responsible for delivering high-quality customer care and elevated customer experience at DTN. He has more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing customer engagement strategies. Dan is active in the Women@DTN employee resource group and volunteers in numerous community initiatives. He holds two degrees in administration and management, earning his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and his master’s degree from the University of Florida.

Ken Evans

General Manager, Energy and Refined Fuels

Ken Evans leads the energy and refined fuels business assuring our solutions continue to deliver exceptional value to customers in this sector. He has more than 30 years across the oil and gas industry, including Global Vice President for Oil & Gas at SAP prior to joining DTN. He has been actively engaged in various youth leadership development and leadership positions in his community and church. He earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Colorado.

Nick Malkiewicz

EVP, Engineering

Nick Malkiewicz leads innovation engineering at DTN. He is a multi-faceted technical leader with a 25-year proven track record in quickly achieving desired outcomes through product planning, technology assessment, and engineering management. Nick is the executive sponsor of the DTN Eco Toolkit, which enables operational efficiencies through reusability and facilitates a culture of learning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in human computer interaction from The University of Texas at Austin.

Kent Mitchell

VP, Information Technology

Kent Mitchell leads the global team responsible for ensuring efficient, seamless operations, identifying emerging technologies and optimizing technical scalability within the organization. He has more than 40 years of experience in the tech industry, focusing on Product Development with an emphasis on big data and analytics, advanced modeling, SaaS solutions and cloud-based infrastructure. Prior to joining DTN, Kent was Vice President of Data and Analytics at Evariant.

Grey Montgomery

General Manager, Agriculture

Grey Montgomery leads DTN's agriculture business. He has over 25 years of experience in innovation and business leadership roles at business information and digital media companies. Grey is a member of the William Allen White School of Journalism Foundation Board. He holds political science and journalism degrees from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Renny Vandewege

General Manager, Weather and Climate Intelligence

Renny Vandewege leads strategy, vision, and direction for the commercial organization in delivering innovative and relevant solutions for DTN customers. As a meteorologist, he focuses on helping businesses become more resilient to the impact of weather events using actionable intelligence. Renny serves on the PRIMET Board of Directors and has a bachelor's degree in meteorology from Northwest Missouri State University and a master’s degree in meteorology from Mississippi State University.
